Preliminary advice

With this personality test you will learn more about yourself, your individual characteristics, and possible development potentials to be derived. In the following, you will have the opportunity to get a first impression of which personality trait most closely matches you, and which strengths, weaknesses or simply characteristics you have.

Keep in mind: psychological tests can be influenced by various accompanying circumstances which may thus affect the results. For example, we tend to let the current situation affect us, and of course that is also the case when we take a test. Our mood controls our respective sensations when reading the questions and giving the answers. If our state of mind changes, our answers and thus the final result may also change.

This short test provides a quick look at your typical behavior when in contact with other people and your basic attitude. For deeper, more substantiated results, we recommend an accompanying evaluation of the available results, as well as a 360° feedback process together with a coach.
